Bulgarian Stock Exchange switched to euro-only price display

The Bulgarian Stock Exchange began showing prices of all financial instruments and turnover data exclusively in euro on August 9, following the expiry of the mandatory dual lev-euro display period. The euro-only format is rolling out across the rest of its market-data channels.

Why it matters if you live in Bulgaria

If you invest in Bulgarian shares or bonds, quotes and statements are now euro-denominated — one less conversion step for eurozone investors, and one more sign the lev era is administratively over.
